APP DESIGN CONCEPT

The app was designed with a focus on incorporating the most popular and effective training sessions for padel, resulting in several unique and innovative features:

• Multi-Shot Training Sessions: The app enables training sessions that combine multiple shot types, such as volleys and bandejas, in a single program. Players can practice a variety of volleys, bandejas, or a mix of both, enhancing their ability to handle diverse scenarios during matches.

• Targeted Training by Court Area: Recognizing that most padel players primarily play on either the left or right side of the court, the app includes an option to train specifically on the left, right, or the entire court, simplifying and personalizing training.

• Dynamic Frequency Settings: Traditional ball machines, often designed for tennis, lack the ability to mix low and high balls effectively in a single training session. The Padelshooter app addresses this limitation by allowing an extra pause after high balls, ensuring players have adequate time to prepare before the next shot. This feature prevents situations where a volley is delivered before the player has returned from handling a high ball. The app lets users easily adjust the additional time needed for high balls, maintaining an optimal training frequency without unnecessary delays.

• User-Friendly Interface with Advanced Customization:

  • Initially, the app featured two main screens:
    1. “Trainings”: Pre-configured training sessions with multiple shots.
    2. “Programs”: A customizable screen for creating personalized drills, allowing users to program up to 60 shots at desired court positions.
  • To accommodate users who found the app’s extensive features overwhelming, a simplified “Start Here” (Easy Use) screen was introduced, enabling immediate use of the Padelshooter with minimal setup.
  • Over time, a “Settings” screen was added, providing the ability to:
    • Set the app’s language. The app now supports 15 languages:
      English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Chinese, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Japanese, Arabic, and Latvian.
    • Load settings directly from the phone or the Padelshooter website.
    • Access and load pre-made training programs from the Padelshooter website.
    • Adjust settings to fine-tune the Padelshooter’s placement on the court for optimal performance.

This thoughtful design evolution ensures the app is both powerful and accessible, catering to players of all skill levels and training needs. Whether users prefer a straightforward experience or advanced customization, the app provides the tools needed to elevate their padel game.

Coming Soon: Customized Training App for Padel Centers

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of a specialized app version designed specifically for padel centers. This innovative app will give padel centers the ability to create and customize training programs that are perfectly suited to their customers’ needs.

With this new app, a designated staff member at the padel center can easily design specialized training programs. Once created, these programs will be automatically available on two dedicated screens within the app, featuring standard trainings tailored by the padel center. This allows customers to quickly access and follow the exact programs designed for them, making their training experience more effective and personalized.

The app is designed to be incredibly user-friendly, enabling padel centers to customize the names and details of each training session to reflect the unique needs and preferences of their clients. This flexibility ensures that padel centers can deliver top-quality instruction in a way that perfectly aligns with their training philosophies.
